We have recently returned to Portugal after a brief trip home to check on the house and see friends and family. We left the motorhome on the campsite.
Rather a nasty shock at Stansted when we awoke to a blizzard and we were rather worried about our Ryanair flight - on the basis that Ryanair is a great way to travel when things go well but their customer care not so hot when things go wrong. We needn't have worried though, the runway was cleared and we ended up arriving back at Faro only an hour later than scheduled.
Normally we would be thinking about going to Morocco in the New Year but we have decided stay where we are and to hire a car and explore the inland Algarve and a bit of Andalucia. Great car hire deal from DoYouSpain - Renault Clio for less than €5 a day.
