Budapest
Budapest is a very very big city and you would need a week to see it all.
We managed to see what we wanted by getting tickets on the Hop On Hop Off tourist bus to take in the main sights and then doubled back to see certain things in more detail. A river cruise also gave a great view of some of the imposing buildings facing the river.
We continued with our policy of not doing the museums and art galleries as we would simply run out of time. The only exception here was the Terror Museum which is very atmospheric and in the building once occupied by the Nazis and later the Communist secret police.
